スポンジで伸ばすように塗布し乾燥したあとウエスで拭いてタワシ（かめのこ的な）でこすればびっくりするほど上品なツヤが出て簡単にプロ並の塗装ができました。水に弱いところが残念ポイントで、試しに塗装面に水を1滴乗せると表面張力でプルンと玉のように弾きますが、拭き取った後は水に接していた面は白く濁って残ります。水がかからない場所・物にはとても簡単でオススメ。色味もチークのような感じで万能。

使いやすく簡単です。塗り始めはにおいがありますが、すぐに無くなります。仕上がりも素敵です

到着に少し時間がかかりましたが商品はとても良いです。 乾かした後、再度布などで磨き上げると艶がでてすべすべになります。 塗料と違い誰でもムラ無く仕上がってとてもよいと思います。

外で塗るには問題なし。 液体になっててちょっとビックリする時ある。 付属スポンジとヤスリの使い方が分からなすぎて、嫌になった。スポンジは直ぐにボロボロになり使い物にならなくなる。未だ謎。

色合いも丁度良く簡単に使えて購入して大正解でした。

扱い易い，仕上げも良い

I saw on pinterest people using this on their 90s oak cabinets to make the less yellow/orange. I thought for this price I would try it out. I washed them with tsp and sanded them lightly and then put Briwax on. I was amazed how great they turned out. You can see the difference in the photo. A much nicer tone of brown than what was there before.

Lovely rustic colour, easy to use. Bought 2 tins now and I'll keep on buying it as its such a lovely colour and so easy to use. Can get a bit fumey so open a window.

It took me ages to decide on the finish for my table, I'd stripped a bright orange, pine farmhouse table and chairs. I'd painted the table legs and chairs an old white colour. The top still had orange tones after stripping x2 and a having a good sanding. I wanted the top to look dark, so I only coarse gritted the table ! I used steel wool to apply. The table now looks great, a beautiful dark contrast to the legs. I didn't buff it, as wanted a more matt look. This is my favourite wax !! I also used it to age a set of drawers which I'd painted. I think this tin of Briwax will last forever !! I love the smell. I don't think it's as potent as some other brands. I'm no expert, but I personally prefer Briwax. I have this Tudor wax, and a tin of clear Briwax. I Did use Annie Sloan soft wax at first ( my first experience of using wax ) to rub over some chalk paint, but it gave me headaches. I switched to Briwax and found it much better. The hardest part of opting for Briwax , is choosing which colour to have( unless you're just using clear ). On my course sanded, pine table top, this Tudor oak wax , has given it a beautiful rich, dark look. I can stiil see the grain, and gone was the orange residue colour from the previous orange stained varnish.

I have a very tired oak floor which, I'm ashamed to say, hasn't been polished in the 10 years since it was laid. I decided to try this product in Tudor oak after reading positive reviews. Wow! It has brought the wood back to life and the floor looks absolutely beautiful. Easy to apply, I used an old pair of tights to polish and in 3 hours the room was transformed. I have attached a photo to show the effect on my floor during application. Highly recommend.

I used this to stain and feed my 1960s leather sofa that had really cracked and faded badly - it gave it a great and even colour and fed the leather well - its one of the best products out there for this type of job but also, for staining wood etc and it lasts forever
