We ordered a custom puzzle using a photo we submitted (a caricature we created), and it turned out excellent. The image quality was impressive, with bright, vivid colors that looked just like the original photo we sent in.The puzzle pieces are sturdy and well-made, and they fit together cleanly without any issues. It felt like a high-quality product from start to finish.It was also a ton of fun to put together something so personal. We like to do jigsaw puzzles of places we’ve traveled to. Sometimes, there aren’t very good options. However, if you’ve taken a killer picture that you want to display, this is a great remedy. You can choose orientation, piece numbers & size.We got a 19 x 22 1000 piece puzzle for less than a regular one.Suggestion: opt for their enhancements (only a couple of bucks more); you may think you took a great picture but your phone may not have….

I’m really impressed with the quality of the puzzle. Note, some corners starting to tear on the picture, but the fit is good on all the pieces and they are not flimsy.

I ordered several of these and the quality was fantastic for the price! There was one problem with some damaged pieces in one of the orders and the company promptly replaced it!

looks nice.there are some pieces that have the image slightly peeling back.Looks like the cutter didn't do the best job making clean cuts like maybe it was dull as I had to take a large amount of pieces apart once I first got it.The seller was helpful and compensated for the blunder.Side note it really makes a big difference to make sure there is a backdrop that has variations in it. I used a picture of 2 people and a cat against a white wall and it makes it much less fun to do the puzzle and much harder because you have to go by shape being that the backdrop is all one color.Positive note is that the manufacturer put letters for different sections on the backside so I noticed the kids were flipping the pieces face down to find how they went together. then flipping them face side up.Longest it has taken to do a puzzle for us.The next one I have made I will make sure there are more variations in the picture I use.

Quality of puzzle is very good. The image is sharp. The material is firm, not cardboard. All of the pieces are cut very neat and without any ragged edges. The non-image side is ink stamped with a matrix of letters that actually make sorting the puzzle pieces into image groups much easier, nice feature. This feature actually makes it easy to complete the puzzle image side down to apply a back if the puzzle is to be displayed. Very pleased with this purchase.

This was a Christmas gift for great grandma and she loved it!

I got the picture of my father and I dancing for our father-daughter dance at my wedding in the picture itself came out great! Quality of the puzzle is great. The problem is... All of the puzzle pieces are the exact same shape. My parents are avid puzzle people and they did not complete this puzzle. Without the letters on the back they wouldn't have even gotten as far as they got. Wish there would have been more variety on these shapes of the pieces.
