VIVINT Outdoor Wireless Wide Angle Night Vision Waterproof Camera

I freaked out to realize that vivint skypanel has updated software that only accepts ping camera. Maybe this outdoor camera doesn't work?Call vivint. Helps me to set up and within 15 minutes this camera is added into my vivint.

I ordered this product within the last week and I must say I was quite impressed with the Customer service I received. I was having some “user error” difficulties and the seller responded to my email within minutes. I also received my package way sooner than I had anticipated. Getting this camera synced to my system was quick and easy, but I did need to contact the company to get access to the installer toolbox. The picture quality is great (crisp and clear). I also appreciated the additional wiring that the seller included with my order as well. I will be making more purchases in the near future. I’ve included an altered photo to show clarity.

The camera arrived on time, and appeared to be undamaged. Although, it was visibly used, it was in good condition. I made several attempts to get the unit to connect to my control panel without success. I understand items will sometimes be inoperable therefore, no problem as long as you can return it. The note here is camera was not supplied from Amazon, and while I did get a return authorization, I was required to pay almost $9.00 in postage to return it.

Did not come with any instructions but it’s easy enough to figure out, or just find a video on YouTube. The plastic feels a bit cheeply made but I’m happy with how it works and it works great with my Vivint system. I would buy it again.

I installed this camera on my back patio. I had some challenges getting it to work and contacted the seller. He was very quick to respond and gave me the information I needed to get the camera operational. I was very impressed with the seller's responsiveness. This camera isn't one of the best in the Vivint lineup but it gets the job done and is great for the price.

It looks great but, serial number has been removed. And ..most important! ...We could not get it connected to our system.Would not recommend and would love to return it and receive a refund.

Great price compared to if you bought directly from VIVINT. Easy to install.

It seemed like a great product and deal at the time of purchase. It turned out my home security company wouldn't install the cameras. Even though there was a note was included stating the same home security company service I currently have service with, Technician would have to install. Because they were purchased through a third party they would not bend. Therefore I am stuck with cameras that I can use.
