Got these boots my freshman year in High School at Shoe Carnival. They have been through everything you can think of from hiking, to working on my car, to using them to kick random things, using them as fire pokers in a bonfire, a construction job, a painting job, a Kitchen job, and 8 Indiana winters before I actually needed new boots. Oh yeah and 3 pairs of Laces lol. Ive been out of high school for a few years now and this year I decided to buy the exact same Boot because these things held up better than anything I have ever owned. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone. I tell all my friends whenever they are looking for new boots to get these. As for the comfort they are a bit heavy but, no more heavy than a good solid boot should be. Pick up your feet, it will make your legs stronger. They are one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever had too. I forget I have them on because I wear them all the time. I just honestly cant believe they lasted as long as they did, and I wore them nearly everyday 12+ hours a day. My mind is seriously blown and that's why I bought another pair of these off of amazon. I am wearing these as I write this review. I was in dire need of a new pair of work boots since my last pair fell apart (cheap off brand). I was back and forth if I was going to get these or not since I was unfamiliar with them, but I am glad now that I ended up deciding to pull the trigger. These are super comfortable, and that is really important to me since I work construction and am on my feet all day. I am also always walking on uneven ground, stepping on small sharp objects, having things fall, walking through mud and puddles, you name it. These are durable enough to stand up to the elements so far, from the soles right up to the steel toe. I can safely recommend these boots to anyone needing a new pair of work boots, 10/10 would buy again.
