Very light and the shade is awesome.

Yep, this is the one. I've been struggling so much to find a "my lips but better" shade because I'm so cool toned. My lips have a blue/lavender undertone that you can actually see around the edges (I'm getting enough oxygen I swear) and so I really needed like a pinky lavender or a pinky blue shade but that is SO hard to find. Oh, and I'm very pale. So on top of that, I need a very light, very desaturated pinky lavender. Harder to find. I saw someone on Reddit recommend looking at K Beauty products because they offer more muted cool tones in lip products, and after a lot of Amazon searching and getting ready to go to yesstyle, I found this one. I thought the cool pink on top shade would be too dark at first because one of the pics makes it seem that way, but when I saw the pic of the light blending application strategy it gave me more hope that it could work for me. It does. I don't swipe it on for a full lip, I just tap it on and blend it in and voila! My lips look much less dead, but also naturally so. I was so tired of buying colors that pull orange on me, or come off too strong, which is like...what happened with every single lip color on the American market, even the ones labeled "cool toned." American cosmetics needs to take notes from K Beauty. The only downside with it is that my lip gloss (ilia overglaze) takes it off, but that's not the lip stain's fault. And if I let the stain sit on my lips a bit before I gloss, even though the gloss takes some of it off, it doesn't take all of it. It does, still, leave a light budge-proof stain that's perfect for me. It doesn't leave my lips feeling dry either, but I start with very well pre-moisturized lips (Vaseline overnight, then TO lip balm in the morning as I put the rest of my face together, then swipe off excess, then apply lip stain). It just has a nice soft non sticky satiny feel to it. I'm planning to take Etude's reco and try filling in with a lip liner before applying the stain, to see if it helps the staying power, too. Long story short if every lip product you've tried pulls orange on you or is so bright it washes you out, then cool pink on top might be your new holy grail.

no strong smell, amazing quality, beautiful long lasting color. Not super moisturizing but not drying either. It can go on thick so I apply a little at a time and smudge out before it dries and just layer until I get the deepness in color I want that day. Once it dries it is smudge proof and transfer proof. I usually add a balm or gloss on top but you don't have to. adding a topper does make it fade faster so it i want to deep color i started with I'll have to reapply abut 4 hours later (that's after eating and drinking) but even if i don't reapply there is still a nice stain on my lips so I'll just swipe some balm on and finish my day.

Perfect rosy tint for me! A little goes a long way. It has a soft texture and doesn't smudge. No weird smell. It's easy to apply but no particularly long lasting or moisturizing. I wish it stained the lip more.

Love the formula but this one was too warm for me it's not the product - it's my finicky skin tone
