Q: I just got this. The small disc on the outside of the left earpiece is falling out. I can press it into place but falls out again. How to fix it?

What disc? The disc behind the earpad that is a part of the earpad? Or the gray disc that is a part of the outer headphone itself? If it's the outer part I have no idea. If you're talking about the clear disc you will need to attach it with some kind of apoxy to the earpad.

Q: What are the ear cushions made of? I'm concerned of the ear cushions fit as some may hurt my ears or how hard it will clamp onto my head.

These are the most comfortable I have worn. Ear cups are large and easily fit around my ears with very little pressure.

Q: Are they made in Austria?

I bought my K712 Pros through Amazon back in Sep 2014. They are stamped made in Austria on both ear cups.
