Review: Best coffee out there! - My go to coffee bean! It is always fresh and perfectly roasted. The taste is like magic in the morning and so is the smell as it brews. I buy the Colombian whole bean, it is the perfect blend of caffeine and just the right strength to get me going. Unlike some other brands this is roasted just right so the acidity content is very low and causes no issues. I order on desertcart when my local stores either run out or the price goes to high! It is $5.00 cheaper on desertcart than at my local store.

My go to coffee bean! It is always fresh and perfectly roasted. The taste is like magic in the morning and so is the smell as it brews. I buy the Colombian whole bean, it is the perfect blend of caffeine and just the right strength to get me going. Unlike some other brands this is roasted just right so the acidity content is very low and causes no issues. I order on Amazon when my local stores either run out or the price goes to high! It is $5.00 cheaper on Amazon than at my local store.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good low-cost coffee

I was used to drinking very pricey Sumatra Mandheling coffee and loved the rich flavor, but the price kept going up, and it has become too much of a luxury for me to buy. After researching cheap coffee options, it became clear to me that Eight O'Clock 100% Colombian Peaks was the best bang for the buck. It doesn't have the rich, earthy undertones and mouthfeel of Sumatra Manheling, but it's better than a lot of cheap coffee. It has a rather thin, one-dimensional flavor in my humble opinion. Using more doesn't help, because if too much is used, it tends to have a rather sour taste. UPDATE*** I figured out how to fix the sour taste. I did some reading, and I saw this... "One common cause of sour coffee is under extracting during the brewing process. This happens when not enough flavor is taken out of the coffee grounds while brewing. The longer your coffee brews, the more sugars are extracted from the grounds, making the coffee taste sweeter." My Ninja coffee maker has a "rich" setting, which gives more time for the extraction to happen. After brewing a pot on this setting, it was like magic; the coffee tastes remarkably better! Decent, cheap coffee on a budget.
