A Tasty Addition!
This is some good stuff! I used it to make Korean BBQ and it's absolutely delightful! If you don't have any heat tolerance you might want to sit out on this one, but if you're shopping for this ingredient I doubt you have a problem with spice. The price is a bit much, but other than that if you need Gochu Jang it's hard to find better quality than this!

Best home made Kimchi!
Last year I purchased a fermentation manual and fermentation lids from Amazon. I was determined to make my own Kimchi. A coworker suggested this brand. I followed the manual and it turned out to be the best Kimchi I have had! Why did you pick this product vs others?: Suggestion from friend. Value for money: Yes.
