4-tier Desktop Waterfall Fountain

This has been great so far. I've been running a few hrs a day for a few weeks now and the pump is whisper quiet and that hasn't changed(unlike the last fountain I tried). It looks just like the pictures. A blueish gray color. I think its pretty stylish. Throw some rocks around it and you're good. There's not much for splashing, just be careful not to put a rock right under where the water flows from the bottom pot. I haven't had to refill it too often either. My only minor complaint is that I wish the water flow sound was a little more splashy but that's my personal preference. It's still a peaceful sound. Also I was unable to suction the pump to the bottom because of the way its assembled. I don't see how it's physically possible! The pump runs fine regardless.All in all I'm very happy with this fountain. I will update if there are any issues in the future.

The media could not be loaded. It was easy to assemble & very cute. The pump works fine & is quiet. Cons: lip of base is cracked. I requested a new base but have heard nothing back from customer service! Also, I purchased it to hear the water. No sound. I bought stones that look nice, but by putting them in cups, still no water trickle sounds. This is anupdate to my first review. Customer service was great! They shipped me a new fountain and it works very well. I can hear the trickling water and it is on a table under my covered patio. I am really enjoying it!

Cute and calming little fountain. I gave it to my husband for his office as an early Father’s Day gift. At first it didn’t work because we did not put enough water in the base. Once we added more water it worked perfectly and the water sound is calming. You don’t notice the pump very much because the water trickling down is louder. I bought the anti algae solution along with the Little Rock’s to finish the look. The photo is misleading from the manufacturer because the fountain DOES NOT COME WITH ROCKS. You have to buy them separately if you want the full look. We had a little trouble with installing the blue light but once we fiddled with it we were able to plug it in. It makes a nice gift. The instructions were not as helpful as we wanted and it did not include a photo of the fountain, which it should have included with the directions. My husband put the top on the base backwards which made the cord come out of the front. He did not want to take the rocks off to redo it so for now the cord is in the front but if assembled correctly, the cord should be in the back.

I recently made two purchases of this product. Unfortunately, both items were damaged upon arrival. I initially requested a replacement for the first damaged item, but to my dismay, the replacement item also had the same leakage issue.It seems that the product quality is not guaranteed. and it feels like a matter of luck whether the item received is in good condition or not. I wanted to bring this to your attention. especially for customers who are purchasing the fountain for FENGSHUI purposes. Based on my experience. I would advise against purchasing it for such a purpose.

I think this is a cute little fountain. Everything worked as it should and it was easy to put together. The noise isn’t as loud as I would like. That’s because I love the sound of rain and storms. I think the light is cute but I would rather it be pitch black when I go to bed. You have to unplug it to turn off as there is no switch to It. It doesn’t come with rocks but I chose not to add any. It will just take that much longer to take apart when I need to clean it or add water. I don’t hear the motor at all as some people noticed. It’s made out of resin and resembles stone. I think it’s worth the money I paid. The complaints were only because of what I like. Louder water noise and could go without the light. I’d purchase again if need be. As a side note, if you add rocks you may notice water splatter. I don’t want to take the chance of messing up my dresser so I didn’t bother with adding anything to it.

For the first few months, the product was great. But it has a lot of relatively still water that quickly grew algae. The quality isn't great -- paint chips off when you wash it -- and the pump has become much weaker, to the point that falling water no longer makes a sound.

I absolutely love this tabletop fountain! After having bought & returned a couple other fountains (not this brand) that were defective & seemed extremely cheap, I stumbled upon this one & I am very happy I chose to give it a shot. It looks fantastic on my little side table, seems well made, it is not very loud, but it does sound nice & the water pump is not loud. The only small complaint I have with this fountain is I wish it had an LED light in all four “cups” where the water trickles down into. Other than that though, this is a perfect tabletop fountain for the use I intended!
