Exactly what it sounds like

This anime isn't for people wanting some disney-esque wholesome romantic dribble. This anime depicts the rarely touched and hardser side of romance. It's hard to make a review without spoiling the anime, so I'll just say if you are tired of hit garbage wholesome anime or hot garbage romcom anime where a relationship doesn't form until the final episode, if at all, then this anime is for you.

Simple.story of a girl falling in love with the wrong person. so they decide to date one another while waiting for their love interest to be available. The best part is she goes for her female best friend in the meantime. So there is no fan service so dont expect it

MUST WATCH its amazing

This is a very soulful tale of people looking for their true love. Most of the story is about the characters falling in love with a person, but the person they love has those feelings for somebody else. Some happiness IS abtained, but even in this case you do wonder "What is the guy thinking?". However, the majority are left to keep searching.I can't say it has much of a happy ending, but it is a positive one.("ANIME: Storytelling at its best")

The odds are high you’re already familiar with series, so the purpose of buying this product is to support it, which I do and encourage everybody else to do as well. Very few series have a such and liberal and healing perspectives.Scums’s Wish (SW) was excessively lauded as realistic by many fans. They were simply impressed with an openly sexual anime devoid of the repulsive and pervasive recuring anime types who never stop getting shocked and terrified at sex and just human relationships, yet not being pornographic. Despite complains (or praises), sexual activity is far from being too frequent in most people’s lives today anywhere. Almost all lives spin about money, from school days (nobody goes to any school to get highbrow but to prepare for adulthood) to retirement. Fear and ego have wide spaces in our lives as well. Our human relations are normally poor, getting ever replaced by tech. As for fun, almost everybody is a bottompusher, and computers easily beat sex with pornography.Most Americans are not upset about this situation, instead their democratic government has passed several laws that make it major crimes all the activities displayed in SW. Read the libertarian site Reason for a taste of reality. In fact, most people in all times and places have hated sex because -amongst other reasons- sex is expected to deliver amazing pleasure that hardly if ever actually happens, for many reasons, especially social ones. This is all why we, humans, can’t help but shun reality and fantasize instead. Stuff like SW is particularly appealing because it’s good in making you believe fantasies and the main one in SW is a particularly popular one, the beautiful woman who enjoys sex to the maximum, personified by Akane Minagawa in here, who magically escapes from rumors and violence in a scary society like the Japanese. They wonder that in the series as well. Well, it’s just made up.The reason why SW got its name is because all its characters are involved in sex at some level, but hardly anyone one of them is a bad person from an objective stand. They all actually need some consideration for their shortcoming in getting connected, making human relations. For a realistic display of scums and the outcome of a merely very friendly pretty woman watch 3D Kanojo Girlfriend, a series full of cute and appealing characters, supposedly victims, but once they bond with anyone they show their real colors, so realistic. I’d love to elaborate but here is not the place for it.So, why support SW?-Because of its open message that all of its sexually active (=scum) characters perfectly deserve good lives.-Because it does get real in some human behaviors, like Akane’s pursuing popular guys based not in their looks, but whether or not anyone cares about them. Fans labeled her a nympho, but she showed that her real deal was being disconnected, sex being like a way to compensate for it, as well as making fun of all the pervasive anime-characters idiots blowing things out of proportion, who can never say anything and either sulk forever and freak out nonstop. Akane’s fun.-Akane is above all a badly needed wake-up for many male anime fans who have come to get addicted to extremely distorted portrays of women who, despite their amazing beauty, social status and talents, completely lose it just for being nice to them or treating them to lunch.Most of these men end up hating women of the real world. Most of us will never date, late alone marry, a pretty woman. SW displays a path to diffuse such hatred, hatred which is the real sin and what actually makes us scum. No, SW’s ending don’t apply to most of us, then just enjoy the fantasy, this will eventually be all way ahead in the future… and support these creators!

It's not an echi yet not really a henti yet. The storyline is good and yet it has its cringy moments as well. Girl and boy go out because they can't have the ones they love. Yet they really don't even know what love is.

Okay, Sentai did a great dubbed version of this story. There are Japanese with English subtitle versions, which sometimes almost come off as trying to type too much for the time spoken, and there are a few "English Dubbed" versions that defy understanding, so in this case this Sentai version is the version you want-- it is really worth it. The story is highly sexualized, and what they do and the way they pursue their goals is adult material, maybe older teens, but not for the younger crowd. Having said that, the amount and type of "skin shown" is not the issue, it is the behavior and interactions that earn the adult label, not the skin or lack of clothing.Much of the conclusion is idealistic, and you are not sure if it is running well or sputtering for much of the story, but if a promiscuous female school teacher whose partners might be teenagers does not make you turn and run, the story is very well structured, works well, does not come up with a "happily ever after" conclusion pulled out of mid-air, and almost begs for a followup in two stages, each as long as this setup used to pose the questions-- how the adult couples and teen cast couples grows, adapts, and works together with evolution of the relationship being worth a dozen episodes, and a final dozen to explore what the outcome of the relationships becomes when the adults find themselves with grandkids and the kids find themselves with kids of their own.I strongly advise restricting based on maturity, not age, but it does not have violence, just sexual choices and behavior, mostly kept off screen but made clear as the action taking place.A nine out of ten, thus a 5 out of 5 rating-- for the mature audience members watching it.
