The bed arrived in 2 boxes marked 1and 2. Alot of pieces are zipped inside the headboard. An email arrived a few days before with rules and instructions. We built within 24 hours of receipt as that was the limit for damage / complaint. It is a good bed for the price. I will write more once my son has tried it. No problem with the unit lifting up and down. A few hours assembly which was straight forward. We are pleased so far. Affordable and looks smart.

5 Stars – Great Bed, Easy Build, Excellent Storage! I’m really impressed with this ottoman bed. It arrived well-packaged with everything needed to build it included, no extra tools required. I was able to assemble it by myself in about an hour with no issues. The instructions were clear and the process was straightforward. The faux leather finish looks sleek and modern, and the metal frame feels very sturdy and well-made. The storage space underneath is generous, perfect for keeping bedding, clothes, or anything else out of sight but easily accessible. Overall, a great value for the price and a solid addition to any bedroom. Highly recommend!

Great bed, fairly straight forward instructions I built this on my own all tools are provided in the kit, need patience with an Allen key but worth it in the end. Daughter loves it

Nice bed. Not difficult to put together. We ordered 2 and one had a faulty part- I contacted seller more than once and they said they’d pass on my issues to the relevant department; never heard from them again. We’ve been using the bed and hopefully it won’t fall apart

After a good night sleep on it all I can say is: Very Good quality for the price, easy to install instructions and the seller offers support all the way if necessary. It looks great. Let's see the time test though. I totally recommend. Thank you.
