Can this be used to clean computer components (example motherboard), if not then what can?

This product is used to clean anti-static mats and other ESD-safe surfaces without harming the dissipative surface. For computer components, many people use isopropyl aclohol or an electrical cleaner like 8601 ACL Electronics Cleaner Degreaser or 8604 ACL Electronics Rinse VT. When cleaning, detach from electricity. If using alcohol, use 99% IPA or 70% IPA. Avoid rubbing alcohol or other types of alcohol.

Does this damage or cloud clear Lexan or acrylic material?

No, this cleaner is not expected to damage any type of plastic as there is very little solvent present.

Can this product be used to clean vinyl records and de-staticize them without causing harm?

I would not use the 6001 Mat & Table Top Cleaner because it is formulated without IPA and has high detergency. There have been people that have used a combination of Heavy Duty Staticide mixed in isopropyl alcohol to keep vinyl records clean longer. The mixture is one part Heavy Duty Staticide and 1.5 parts isopropyl alcohol. Staticide will help repel static and dust attraction by leaving a residue. The residue is a surfactant like soap. Even though there is only a minute amount of particles left behind, it is not known the residue can build up on the stylus. Using Staticide as a vinyl LP cleaning solution would require some form of experimentation. Some people use a mixture of isopropyl alcohol and distilled water. With whatever solution you use, use a microfiber cloth like the Staticide MFC wipe or the 8399MD wipe. The microfiber cloth is soft and lint-free and should not scratch the vinyl once the dust debris is removed from the solution.
