Listen, My Bridge Is SO Cool!: The Story of the Three Billy Goats Gruff as Told by the Troll (The Other Side of the Story)

My wife's 3rd graders love this book! She highly recommends this series for fairytale adaptations or for teaching point of view.

I purchased this book for my pre-k class when studying the "Three Billy Goats Gruff". I love all of these "other side of the story" books. First I read the original versions of the fairy tales, then I read the "other side of the story" and we discuss the differences. By the end of the year, I've made my point that there's always another side to every story. I have all of the books and they're fantastic. My class enjoys them as well. Mrs. Eric B.

Interesting adaptation. Inferencing the life/ expectations of a troll. Unexpected "confrontation " between 3rd goat and troll.

Such a cute story. My grandsons favorite story is Three Billy Goats Gruff. Now he knows how the troll feels.
