Bought to use in our coffee machine but I've also used it in the kettle. Fast acting, no after taste after use. We live in a hard water area and it does the job within a minute or two. Wouldn't use any other product for the job.

This is an excellent Ecodescaler ''EcoDescalk OC 100% Natural Descaler'' for coffee machine work very well. I'll just say if you have a problem with water quenching in coffee machines, then Ecodescaler comes to solve your problem with your coffee machine.

I've used this stuff on my Tassimo, the kettle and our electric steriliser for baby bottles and it's worked great on all of them. Well recommend.The only criticism is that the seal on bottle fell into the bottle on the third use as it doesn't seem very substantial...but I don't like to throw my cleaning products around, so this hasn't been a problem.

So this was a challenge. I’ve had my coffee maker at least 14 yrs and maybe I’ve descaled it once. It was down to a drip every five seconds. The water just about wet the coffee grounds and I was ready for throwing the coffee maker away.We have soft water and descaling is something I never think about, so I don’t know what made me look for some but this had good reviews and I thought it was worth a try. I honestly thought it was a mechanical thing, maybe something had broken but I ordered a bottle anyway.I’d tried lemon juice and vinegar a few days earlier: It went from one drip every five seconds to 2 drips. And the smell!! the smell of warm vinegar, lemon and coffee was just awful 😞I emptied the water reservoir, put a capful of the eco descalk in, filled it up with water. The first thing that happened was all the icky stuff already in the machine started to come through, very slowly. I had to keep turning the power off. Well, it sat there a few hours. I put a small bowl underneath to catch what was coming out. It had gone from a drip every second to multiple drips, some at funny angles. I needed a bigger bowl.By the time the reservoir was empty, the brown vinegary stuff had gone and there was a grey solution coming out. Tipped all that away too. I refilled the tank with water, and you know I’d forgotten what it was like to actually use the entire tank of water as it all came splutteringly through. By the second refill of water it was streaming through.I can honestly say I am really impressed, not just with my Morphy Richards espresso maker, but with Eco Descalk for rescuing it and making it actually work again. I’d given up wanting a cappuccino at home and now I have my favourite machine working like a dream.Thank you Eco Descalk

Even though this isn't the cheapest descaling product, it is by far the best I've ever used. It is the only one to thoroughly remove all limescale in a kettle that hasn't been descaled in months in one go. Not only that, the used liquor after descaling a kettle can then be strained, put into a spray bottle once cooled and then used to remove limescale from a manufactured quartz worktop, taps and a toilet bowl. Just make sure that you test it on a small hidden area first. I've just restored some old bathroom taps by putting some of this used liquor in a bag and tying it to the end of the tap and leaving it for a couple of hours, they came up gleaming after a light scrub with an old toothbrush. Since Domesos and Harpic are useless with limescale and, If a 2-litre bottle of Coke doesn't descale the toilet bowl, try this!

Lo uso ormai da anni per la pulizia periodica della mia macchina del caffè Saeco. Basta versare 3 dosi dal tappo dosatore nella vaschetta dell'acqua e dare l'avvio alla pulizia automatica. Il tempo fra un lavaggio e l'altro dipende dall'uso che si fa della macchina del caffè, la mia segnala automaticamente quando è necessario far partire la pulizia. Di solito ogni 20-25 giorni. Il prodotto non lascia cattivi odori e dura per 9 lavaggi, inoltre è molto più conveniente dei prodotti della stessa marca della macchina per il caffè che usavo prima.

Acheté suite aux commentaires, je suis ravi de l'efficacité de ce produit pour détartrer. Je l’utilise pour : la machine à café, la bouilloire, la machine à laver le linge et le waterpik dentaire ! rien à redire, bien doser avec le bouchon en suivant les instructions, même une petite quantité suffit.

Sono tre anniche uso questo prodotto e mi trovo molto bene per la facilità d'uso e la sua durata.Bastasciogliere la polvere in mezzo litro nel serbatoio della macchina del caffè,erogare e attendere per circa 20 minuti e poi risciacquare bene con acqua. Io dopo l'operazione faccio un paio di caffè e li butto così il sapore torna ad essere ottimo.

La macchina del caffè è migliorata,l'acqua esce meglio
