Potency-wise, how does it compare to arctic ice?

It's consistency is almost like hard coconut oil and I don't feel that jt even worked at all! The Ivey hot from the tube is way more efficient and works amazingly compared to this.

It's supposed to be solid.but not hard as a rock. press into it with your finger use a circular motion.

Why doesn't the tubing have EXtra strength on it anywhere?

Packaging appears different from previous purchases of this product, but contents seem the same. My container states Extra strength above wt. of product near bottom. M H

I don't have any problem getting it out of the jar, so can't comment on that. I will say that you can get ALL of it out, unlike the roll ons or squeeze tubes. In my opinion, this is the BEST formula of Icy Hot and leaves Bengay and other brands in the dust!!! Even comparing more expensive brands, this version wins hands down. Only two drawbacks are that you have to get it on your hands to put it on.... (Maybe use disposable gloves and keep in Ziploc for applucations?) and the smell. It is quite potent and if you are covering a larger area you WILL notice it. Can make your eyes water. But for pain? I think it is by far the best!
