These are amazing ferro rods. They easily produce a veritable shower of hot sparks⚡️ also, this is the first factory striker I’ve ever come across that doesn’t suck. In fact, it is one of the best I’ve ever used. You can’t go wrong with this one. If you are accustomed to using cheap ferro rods, the sparks of which don’t produce enough heat and cause the rod to get ridges all down it’s length, then you will be in for a real treat.I’d I didn’t already own enough rods to last three lifetimes, I would have bought a few more of these. I believe they also sell the striker by itself, so even if you don’t need the rod, the striker is definitely worth buying.

This ferro rod creates a great spark. I bought it to be part of an emergency kit. I found it so easy and fun to use, that I often use this to start our fires instead of a lighter or matches.
