Not a boogie board! Writing is so fine it’s hard to read.
Writing is too fine, hard to read.Purchased this to replace a boogie board that was wearing out.Pros: better erase button, protect switch, better stylus holder.Cons: writing is way too fine, it is hard to read.We use this for “scratch paper” doing math homework, this product is barely suitable for this purpose.Imagine a boogie board is like a marker, IGERESS is like a very fine point pen. Looking from 12 inches is ok but forget holding it up to show what you’ve written, it’s unreadable at 24 inches. (Sorry the comparison photo has been edited to remove the comparison.)

Defective/Bad Product
I bought two of these and they are both defected. There are small across lines appeared on my strokes. They're going back. I won't recommend it.

Screen is not bright at all
Very poor quality. The pictures are very misleading. The screen does not display bright at all and it is very hard to even see anything you write or draw. Feels very lightweight and cheaply made. You have to press pretty hard to even get it to write. Should be $5 or less. I am very disappointed.

Great for temporary notes taking.
I absolutely love this thing! I got it for quick note taking while at work. When I write, my hand usually touches the surface I am writing on and this screen feels VERY comfortable and pleasant against my hand! I know this is somewhat weird fact, but it makes me want to write more on this tablet.The only negative thing I can say about this tablet is lack of connectivity with computer. It would be very convenient to be able to either transcribe my notes into some sort of a notes application or transfer the screen as an image. I know that there's an application for Android (possibly for iOS) that would take a picture of the screen and do some processing on it, but that application is HORRIBLE (and it cuts off quite a lot around margins). Other than that, I highly recommend this tablet for both adults and kids (my daughter draws on it almost daily)!

The color of the display is much less substantial that that shown in a the stock photo. It is more of a light washed out grey, not the vivid shade of green shown. All aspects of the product work as described, the display is just a bit lackluster.

A nice pad like draft paper
The pad has a good sensor, and I can write smoothly. You can see the letters and numbers show as written with a pen. No fragments. The brightness(width?) of writing can be controlled by force. No worry about making drafts with calculation and to do list. Also, it is lighter than regular tablet, so it is easy to pick up with.The tablet does not provide backup function, so iy is used for drafts or temprorary note. The app mentioned in the manual would be also a good source for backup. If you want to keep the record, please use regular paper or professional tablet like Surface, which is not at this price.The pen has good accuracy with the pad. However, it does not work on other touch screens on cellphones or tablets.In addition, some force is needed to make it clear, compared to regular gel ink pen and paper. I feel good when writing letters and numbers. However, if I doodle or draw too fast, I feel something strange, not as smoothly as writing with regular pen and paper.In total, have fun with non-professional writing or drawing.

A Wonderful LED Writing Tablet for My Kids.
What a nice Writing Tablet! I purchased this product for my kids after comparing with others. First, the price is lower than the other same products. Second it really has saved me a lot papers for helping my kids' homework. Not only that, my kids now can use it for preparing their math and vocabulary without worry. Comparing with whiteboard, it also doesn't need to purchase any dry eraser but make it all clean and neat. My kids love to use it. I sometime use it for writing the memo temporarily. Think about buying whiteboard and dry eraser, with this price, it is really valuable.

Perfect for road trips
Perfect size for 7 year old to bring in car and keep herself occupied. Great for road trips. Packed well! Would purchase another to keep at grandparents house

light weight, writing smooth, side lock.
Bought this for my son. This is light weight, writing smooth. Really like the security lock. It prevent accidentally clear all the things, especially for a kid.
