Watkins Pure Cinnamon Extract, Non-GMO, Kosher, 2 oz. Bottle, 1-Pack

I bought this for adding flavor to coffee without a boat load of sugar. That's probably not the intended purpose. I would say the flavor is like the candy Red Hots. This stuff is very strong. I was adding it to about a liter of coffee and milk, and I thought I needed to be generous. Big mistake. It was way too strong. I found out I need about a cap full for that. I think I'd probably prefer more of cinnamon flavoring instead of this stuff. I'm assuming this stuff is intended to be used in baked goods, and it probably works great for such uses.

The flavor can be very strong and could take over any drink of choice so you have to be mindful of how much you use at one time. I put a little in my coffee each morning, and I can’t even taste it. I was concerned with my morning glucose numbers until I started putts the cinnamon extract in my coffee my numbers have lowered dramatically. I was shocked to find a natural way to lower my blood glucose.

The cinnamon extract is like a fireball flavor more than cinnamon. A little goes a long way. It just takes a couple of drops to make the flavor but too much and it’s a bitter alcohol flavor. I got it for coffee but it may do better in baking.

This is THE BEST cinnamon extract EVER!!!!! The bottles are TOO SMALL though. I love using cinnamon flavor in drinks and oats the most. I ordered 2 bottles and they are already GONE, GONE, GONE!!!

It pours out far too easily. This is a problem when measuring over the mixing bowl. It should come in a dropper format or some kind of bottle that barely lets it drip out so as to not overdo it. It's good but not very potent. I've tasted cinnamon candy that was much more potent than a few drops of this on the tongue so it seems they've cut some corners with the quality I'll try a different brand next time.

I bought this for my husband to get him off of dip. I put a few drops of this with loose leaf mint tea and it's helping him get out of the bad habit.

Great for multiple uses

I really like the subtle flavour of the cinnamon extract. I like to use it in my fruit salad or add to water to give it that extra flavour, I would highly recommend this product. A little goes a long way.

I Use Watkins Cinnamon Extract to add a bit of kick to homemade Liquor made from vodka over summer fruits. I Was unable to Find any in Calgary , So I ordered From Amazon and it was delivered within 2 days.

To be able to get the cinnamon flavour without the discoloration of the ground cinnamon is fantastic for my cakes, muffins and icing. With I had this sooner.

Not overly powerful as a cinnamon oil, but lovely for the recipe I needed it for. Received in no time after ordering. Overall very pleased
