How does this compare to Burts Bees cuticle cream?

Burt's bee is very greasy and I feel like it just sits in top. Doesn't get absorbed. Badger actually improves my cuticle conditions over time.

Anyone tried this for brittle, cracked nails?

Yes. Healthy nails come from moisturized, healthy cuticles. I destroyed my nails using a cheap nail polish remover and had to start over with my nail bed. Taking a few minutes to massage this balm into my cuticles at least before bed and sometimes in the morning helped me get my nice, smooth nails back in shape. The trick is to be sure to be sure to really take the time to deeply massage the balm on those cuticles - even spread lightly across your cracked nails, if you'd like. Stick with it once you see results. No better cure than prevention. Good luck!

does it leak from the pack ?

The metal containers that I have received have not leaked the contents. I have never carried it around in really hot weather so can't comment on that situation.

How long does it take before I notice results?

For a case of moderate to severely dry cuticles? Overnight results. Do warm the balm in your fingertips and take your time gently massaging it into your cuticles. My hands were dry last night and after 15 minutes of absentmindedly rubbing the balm in while watching television before bedtime I have beautiful, restored fingertips this morning. If you're starting with very damaged and moisture-starved cuticles it may take a few days to a week to see your skin return to normal (apply lightly for daytime, more liberally at night). I used this balm to restore my cuticles and nails after wrecking them with an awful nail polish remover and it was a miracle salve!

Tenía ganas de probarlo y me ha encantado, nutre mucho las cutículas y me da la sensación de que va a cundirme mucho puesto que viene como en aceite sólido y con nada que pases la yema del dedo se funde y da mas que de sobra para un par de cutículas.
