Good quality . Absorbs better than others
What people need to know about this type of magnesium is it actually absorbed into the body so you donโt need massive amounts of it. Very good quality supplement. The price is good too. If youโre under a lot of stress, you do need magnesium.

Works for sleep problems
My chiropractor recommended this particular brand. I think it does help with my sleep problem. There are many other reasons to take this but I take it for my inability to go to and stay asleep. you got something else? I'm interested.
