Q: what is that strap on the top cover for ?

I suppose it is for carrying the bag over your shoulder if you don’t have it attached to the card! I love the Trolley, could not be without it!

Q: Where can I find replacement plastic guards that fit on the front floor support bar? Mine have gone missing.

I just checked I also am missing one! We could check Home Depot or get in touch with the Manufacturer!

Q: Why does it say 29.98 but charging 40?

I'm not sure we paid the 29.98. Items on Amazon changes prices all the time, if you can wait long enough it will drop back down, always does.

Q: Answer only if you bought near end of 2019 or after: Does inside of bag shred into pieces? Does it slide off the base?

I bought and received mine in August 2019. My bag has not shredded. Although, mine is mostly used to store items needed for vendor shows, so it doesn't get daily use.
