Reminisce Around the Table Fond Memories of Food, Family and Friends

The media could not be loaded.  If you like vintage life or want to know more about past times then this a must. It has lots of pictures, vintage ads.

I was a child in the 60's so these stories really hit home with me. Every night, I read a few pages out of this book and I'm always smiling when I'm reading because the stories really provide me with a wonderful trip down memory lane. The stories are short and easy to read but always leave me with a warm feeling of nostalgia. I'm really glad I bought this book.

Only bought this book because I thought there would be a few recipes included but was unfortunately wrong. This book does have great pics and stories about what we have eaten in the past with our families and stories about traditional family gatherings too.

As a fan of the magazines, I wasn't too surprised when the books were exactly what I was looking for. Not only does "Around the Table" have the memories of various families, but it also shares some favoured recipes.

Thanks so much for the timely shipment. Will use this in my Craft Show displays. Also like for gift-giving. Thanks

Fun to read short stories. I wasn't expecting the recipes, though.

It was the perfect gift for a birthday. I recommend it.
