Why did you pick this product vs others?:Quantity and vegan capsules. I got a lot of mouths to feed!Health benefits:Just like the dinosaurs in Jurassic Park, I am lysine dependent - I need these to keep me from getting canker sores. So far they have been very very reliable, except one time when I got sick... my immune system must've been low then and I did get a few. However, they didnt hurt as bad as they usually do. Other than that incident, I've had none.

I take these daily, and they are effective for my needs. Careful swallowing, as they are a bit on the large side, but totally doable.

I love this brand. It’s a high-end potency. It’s a good supplement, but I’m having so much trouble swallowing them. I’m looking for an alternative. That’s easier to swallow possibly smaller or at least a Capsule. These are such an awkward size.

I take one a day and don’t get any cold sores when I am taking this. A coworker told me about this years ago and the times I didn’t take it for periods of time I would get a cold sore. This really works!
