After lowering the PH of cranberry juice and pitching tolerant yeast I dosed it at 1/2 the recommended level and got a nice fermentation going. After a week I threw in the other half and I'm glad I only had 4 gallons in a 5 gallon carbuoy or it would have been everywhere. This is going to last a long time. Review: Works great! - Making plum wine this year with our bumper crop of Italian plums, the quality is excellent and will buy again. Healthy appearance and my wine is bubbling wildly, great value

Great Product
