What is the best way to take this product?

Enjoy a number of ways. Add it to hot water and blend, add it to your smoothies for a collagen boost, add it to any recipe that you could add protein to, or you can do what a lot of our customers do and add it to coffee and blend it up!

What do you mean when you say "no hides" when I see the label?

When derived from the hides of the animal, collagen requires extreme processing. Additionally when it's sourced from the animal's skin, we miss out on all of the extra nutrients and restorative benefits of the bones. Paleovalley is made from bones.

"Grass fed and finished" is also on the label. What does it mean?

On small-scale American farms we only use cattle that are pasture raised. "Grass fed" can imply the cow was fed grass at some point in their life. The word "finished" means they had grass until the end. We are deeply commited t to our products.

Does it contain allergens?
