Q: Do you have to continue using it after the desired results are achieved or when you stop using does the skin get back to previous state in few weeks?

It doesn't really change your skin at all. It just moisturizes it.

Q: Compared to the original bum bum cream, is the scent similar?

No, the original Bum Bum cream has a hint of caramel. This one is bright and almost fruity.

Q: Does this come with some sort of a seal? Anything to ensure the lotion wasn't open previously?

Mine came in a box, there is a secondary lid between the lotion and the main twist top. Someone could open it but you would notice it by the look of the lotion.
