How do I choose the right Excellence Crème shade?

Choose a shade close to your natural color or no more than two levels lighter or darker. Use the L'Oréal Paris virtual hair color try-on tool to visualize which shade works best for your complexion.

How long does it take to see results?

Results are immediate after application, providing rich color and 100% gray coverage that lasts permanently, until your hair grows out.

How do I cover roots between applications?

Use L'Oréal Paris Magic Root Touch-Up products for quick and easy gray root coverage between full applications.

Can I use Excellence Crème on previously colored hair?

Yes, it works well on previously colored hair to refresh the tone or cover gray roots. However, it cannot lighten darker dyed hair. For significant color changes, consult with a professional stylist.

What should I use to maintain my hair color?

To maintain your color at-home, we recommend using L’Oreal Paris Everpure Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner, and deep condition weekly with Excellence Crème Ultra Care Conditioner.

No complaints, good results

Worked well on my long hair. The end result was not as light as that shown on the box, but I'm very satisfied with the coverage and color. At around 4000 yen, I found it a little expensive.
