Is this product 3 party tested?

I hope Amazon can answer this one. So far their transparency and quality assurance they have nothing available that proves their claims other than their name. Honestly, I just got these will use them for 2 months and if Amazon can’t show actual proof beyond ‘because I said so” I will cancel my subscription and order a more reputable source.

Which form is it in? Natural triglyceride, ethyl ester, or reesterified triglyceride?

I don’t believe it states that on the bottle.

How can this product be considered “vegetarian” as advertised above, if it is made from fish products?

It is obviously NOT vegetarian. Neither fish oil nor gelatin is vegetarian.

Is the fish oil in these pill free from lead?

The vital indicates that the oil is created from anchovies and sardines. Smaller fishes such as these have lower metal levels
