The gut drops come in a small bottle with a dropper cap. The bottle contains about 60ml and the daily dosage is one dropperful (one ml), so you get a 60-day supply of it.The liquid contains a huge number of extracts, amino acids and other things all blended together into something that is supposed to have lots of good health effects. The quantity or concentration of these ingredients is not mentioned or detailed, so I have no idea at this time if it does anything at all, or whether it does what it is supposed to do. The liquid is filled out with water and contains citrus extract and stevia, so the taste is not objectionable. Only time will tell if the price is worth it.

These gut drops have curbed my craving for snacks and I feel that they have improved my energy levels with regular use. I think they are really working, but it is difficult to tell as you can't really measure your metabolism and I don't measure my blood sugars. The drops don't taste bad, but I started putting the drops underneath my tongue as another reviewer suggested and that is a game changer! Now I can hardly taste the drops at all! You can also add the drops to any liquid. The drops come out easily from the dropper provided and seem to be easy enough for my body to absorb. I have not noticed any side effects with taking these drops first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.The gut liquid inside doesn't really have a smell and is clear. There are 2 oz of liquid in the bottle so a single bottle will last for 2-months if you take it once a day. If you take it in the morning and evening, it is a 1-month supply. According to the label, there are 60 servings inside, but I know I don't consistently get the same amount as the dropper is always at a slightly different level when I pull the liquid up through it.

I used these drops for a while, and really didn't notice any difference in how I felt, or in my bowels, if you know what I mean...

This little bottle is packed with a lot of great ingredients. It's easy to take. I just put it in a little bit of water and drink it down real fast. Actually taste good. I haven't really 100% notice a huge difference yet. By the bottle name I thought it was going to be more of like a probiotic but then it's also for metabolism and curbing appetite and stuff like that as well. But I do have more energy.

I don't honestly know if these do anything. Supplements be like that sometimes. But I like to imagine that I get a little boost of energy from them. I take two squirts in the morning and two in the evening. I actually find them delicious, as well. Are they worth the money? I mean, I guess you can decide by reading the label and determining if these ingredients are what you're looking for. I've been taking them for a couple weeks, and I felt great, but I don't know if these drops are the reason. Your mileage may vary, but I find them very nice.

I really wanted to feel the effects of these gut drops. The only benefits that are claimed are *curbs appetite, *supports metabolic health, and *promotes energy. Perhaps my metabolic health is “supported”, but that cannot be measured. Unfortunately I have not felt the effects of a curbed appetite. Darn! I do have a bit more energy these days but that may also be attributable to more Pilates and evening walks. So, my review is that I see and feel no measurable benefits from these drops. And I really, truly was hoping for some!
