Refills were what I needed

bad quality
I bought two of these for my kids and they both stopped working after 2.5 months. I thought it was the battery at first but it's the brushes that went bad. Both of them!

The right tool for the job
mine works great. It would be even greater if I had more than five teeth left. Maybe if it had been invented many years sooner, I might have saved more teeth.

Short battery
Good brush. Battery life is short.

A Deep Clean Without the High Price
Spinbrush Smart Clean Battery Powered Electric Toothbrush offers dual-action cleaning, a built-in timer, and soft bristles. The rotating top bristles help remove plaque from the surface of the teeth, while the side-to-side sweeping bristles reach into crevices for a more complete clean. I have sensitive gums, so I appreciate that the soft bristles are gentle but still effective. The Spinbrush runs on replaceable AA batteries; it's ideal for travel or for those who prefer not to deal with charging docks. The overall performance, convenience, and affordability make it a solid choice for daily oral care.

Stopped working after 4 months
Died after 4 months of use. Worked great until yesterday, but now won't work even with brand new batteries. EDIT 11/24/25: I purchased a 2nd one of these thinking the first one may have been just a fluke, but the 2nd one has now also stopped working after a couple months of use. Again, I replaced the batteries, but it is not powering on at all. My family used the older Spinbrush models for years without issue, so this is surprising and disappointing. I tried this newer model because it was supposed to be better, and while it initially did seem to be better in daily use, it has not proven to be reliable.

Not a reliable product.
Works well...when it works. I've used spinbrush for years with no issues. They redesigned the brush and now I've had 2 die within a month. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
