A: Well, I have always order this refill Bags and I have never had a problem , they are just like the bottle ones form dapple !!

**Q: Is it $10.39 for one bottle??**
A: I just bought at my WalMart for $4.69. so you may find it cheaper if you don't need the convenience of having this shipped to you

**Q: What is the recommended usage for cleaning? How many pumps to how much water?**
A: This is really good stuff. I use it for cleaning my 32oz water bottles. I don't use the pump, just a couple drops from the pop open cap in the bottle will get adiquite suds. Best part is, it cleans and rinses very well. You won't be disappointed.  To answer your question, 3-4 pumps per gallon.
