Q: I receive bitter orange and it's liquidy, not solid. is that normal? i havemt openes it? is it ok or should i return it?

It should partially solid or else you can't spread it. If it's really liquidy, call Customer Service and ask for a refund or credit. You shouldn't have to return the jar. I didn't have to, when I received some bad mayonnaise a long time ago. They may ask if you want a replacement, so just be aware that you will have some choices to make. My marmalade was fine, but it wasn't absolutely solid. I will probably order this again sometime. Good luck!
