I love this machine for answering calls on ads I place in the paper or online.

Works great, dependable easy to use. Used older version that lworked for a very long time. Liked the operation and easy start up

When entering my description into the Amazon search engine I asked for a cassette recorder. This particular item came up, and it says in the description this is a cassette recorder. This is NOT a cassette recorder, it is a MINI-cassette recorder. There is a huge difference. Other than the fact I cannot use this particular recorder, I have no complaints.
