Hubby finally gets some sleep
My husband wanted something to help him sleep at night and almost bought another type of sleep medicine that is just benedryl (which he doesn't do well with, it doesn't make him sleepy at all). So I was helping do the research and found these, which are a different kind of medication so he gave it a try. He said it does pretty good 😁 it does help him fall asleep (not drastically, but gently) and he does stay asleep much better than before, which is what he really wanted. So big plus for us! Hubby is happy! He said the only thing that would make it better is if it would just plain knock him out 😆

Not sure about effectiveness cuz works sometimes
I use this in conduction with melatonin chewable and magnesium glycinate to fall asleep. sometimes I just can't relax till way after they are suppose to work for mes

THEY DO WORK
Great, I usually use another brand which is identical; they help you fall asleep fast, they taste nasty, so I don't recommend holding them in your mouth, but they do work to help you fall asleep. The price for these are a little higher than the Kirklands sleep aid I usually use, and they are identical.
