Really great system with a small footprint. This computer is FAST, takes up very little space and the Video looks amazing. This is the first Small Form Factor CPU I have ever ordered, I will be buying more.

This crashes frequently, but I still love it. A true powerhouse for AI work. I hate the fact that all the USB ports are upside down, just one of those little annoyances. Bigger and much heavier than it looks.

This review is for the 96G RAM version. Models are running on ollama. Yes, this little AI station meets my expectation. I will not expect it to run dense models like gemma4:31b at 40+ t/s. But it does run some MOE models like gemma4 26b-a4b at 50 t/s. But for larger MoE model like gpt oss 120b which can't fit entirely into the assigned VRAM (96g version can assign 48g maximum to igpu), the speed can still reach 17 t/s. I'm ok with that. I also tried nemotron 3 super 120b which can reach 6-8 t/s. Gpt-oss 20b at 48t/s. Qwen3.6:35b-a3b at 26t/s. Don't know why similar size moe models can have that big of differences.

This is a fun little unit with a good size. It takes windows forever to update so just don't do updates if you want to use it quickly. I'm not a fan of AI, Windows 11 however the OS worked good. The only issue I found is if you go into the AMD software and change from default to higher quality the unit can hang/ pause on playing video inside a web page. It probably has something to do with the upscale on a 4K Screen. Changed it to default and it's flawless. This is a very nice desktop unit, it's not being used for games for me however that GPU may play a factor on Davinci Resolve/ Video edits. It's a fast and I believe it only pulls a fraction of the watts of the bigger towers it replaced. I would consider getting one more eventually. I would love to see this box with Linux mint, and a 4TB NVME. It has USB 4, Bluetooth, and the latest Wifi. It feels faster than my AMD 5800X, only falling short on the GPU side compared to my new RTX rig. I would say strong desktop so very happy with it. I would buy another when the time comes.

Over hyped. There are other brands that offer similar features. The ram is what sold me, but it truly is over hyped. Noise level is awful. They over designed it and created an issue with it breathing. Rams speed isn't that great, the Evo X1 feels faster. It's heavy. This size is big versus x1 and other mini pc's. The quality does seem to be better than Evo X1. This is going to be good for some, over kill for others, and a waste of time and money for me. Make sure to match up your use case, budget, and your spec requirements before you spend money. If you have cash to drop, then this would be just a cool thing for your collection.

Love the design of this mini PC. It sits the same height as the Asus external blu ray drive that sits along side it. I paid just over $1700 before taxes for the 96gb version. A bit expensive but anything with a strix halo chip is very high priced. This is replacing a 12 year old Alienware alpha. So it was a big upgrade. This is a big upgrade performance wise. It's very quick and games run very well. Admittedly I don't play many games. Occasionally I play fallout 4 and that runs beautifully on it as expected. I've never tested the WiFi really as I have it hard wired to a router. Internet speeds are plenty fast. Much better than the old computer. I've never had an issue with fan noise. Loudest it got was during a stress test. But it didn't bother me. I sit far away from it so I don't hear it much. With the processor and it's large amount of ram there are no issues with any programs or games I've attempted to run on it. Overall I'm extremely happy with this purchase and look forward to using it for the next few years before it's time to upgrade again.

So far is performing as intended. No issues with hardware. Running it at full load and no significant noise for me. I barely hear it. I hear more the neighbors talking. Pending to test more its performance and its value for money waiting on monitors. Size is a bit bigger than expected but it fits in a backpack. But the powerbanks is huge.

I have a mixed feeling about this machine. It is affordable and maybe $1000 cheaper than the one that will come by Nvidia. And it said it is ai machine. I was using the machine and try to use amd gpu for development. But it cannot be as a development machine because this amd igpu is not supported. The amd rocm does not officially support this igpu. Thus it is a pain at the beginning 2 days. But this pc can run gpu in windows 11 pro. pytorch with cpu is 5 times faster than the pytorch with microsoft directml gpu in same code. Maybe this unified memory is supposed to run pytorch with cpu? as apple also runs cpu mode. since august, there are more brands using similar igpu. One is bosgame mini pc, which is cheaper with similar gpu and storage. 64gb gpu is small. I wish I bought the 128gb model. It seems the pc price has been suddenly reduced after this mini pc.

As a software engineer, I am working on projects and running local AI models and inferences. Along with heavy docker stack, this minipc is worth the price. First of all the RAM is LPDDR5X meaning it is on motherboard soldered thus having fast AI inference speeds like mac mini. And moreover since RAM prices are going to increase in future, this is a very good buy now. Very happy with this mini pc

Great machine, came with the bloatware removed, runs fast, faster than I really need. Highly recommend.
