Very easy process from ordering to fitting it, although there are no instructions with it so you need to get those via the internet. Customer Services were great when I contacted them when it hadn't arrived. Turned out it had been sitting in my local post office, who had omitted to post a card through my letter box! Works perfectly, very good value

The item looked exactly like the original Toshiba keyboard,the materials and construction are very good and it looked and felt the same. It was easy to install and works perfectly.

Good price - took an age to arrive - but did arrive within pre-advised 3-week (!) windowNo instructions but relatively easy to fit - around 10-15 mins - prising out plastic trims round old keyboard w/o damaging took longesthowever slightly tricky part was getting the multi-pin electrical connector on the computer to actually grip the connector tail as two white tabs on PC connector were reluctant to go back into position unless pressed simultaneously whilst third hand kept keyboard tail in position - a pair of strong longnosed tweezers helped - do not completely re-assemble keyboard/PC until you have double-checked that K/Bd works as the tail can slip out of electrical contact whilst still appearing to be connected.Note keyboard was a very tight fit within casing (about thickness of a thick coat of paint?) - the consequent very slight bowing upwards of keyboard was remediated by firmly (!) screwing down the fastening screws.

This key board replaced my old one which was playing up. It arrived on time was easy to fit and works perfectly. Great service

Very easy to repair yourself. Remove plastic trim along top of keyboard, remove 4 phillips screws, slide out ribbon cable from connector. Carefully slide in new ribbon cable (fiddly) and re assemble. Took 10 mins. Saved me a packet !

I bought this product because some keys of my laptop were not working, but I think my old keyboard is still better than this.
