Works great! I added the words, Week 1 to one side, and Week 2 to the other. Easier to organize. Then on each case, on the bottom I wrote W1 & W2, again to keep organized. It would have been nice if they did it. Maybe future versions will have this info preprinted on the cases! *****UPDATE****** After using this particular organizer, there are a few concerns: The print on each days compartments rubs off over time. 2) The compartments snap shut, but over time they don't close properly. 3) I've bought 3 of these and on one, there were 2 Saturday labeled compartments! No Friday! So whoever "loads these in the factory really messed up." To bad they only offer 2 colors, black and floral. At this price, they're worth buying again regardless of the flaws. Even so, they should have QC. With mine, I took a permanent marker to write in the days. I will say that the heavy duty plastic that covers each days compartments has held up admirably! It has not torn at all or shredded.

The plastic itself feels very thin and I worry it will tear or break down quickly with regular use. While this pill organizer will get the job done of keeping your vitamins and meds separated by day, it's not the most user-friendly or durable option out there. If you need something that will hold up well over time, I'd recommend spending a bit more on a higher quality pill organizer. But if you just need a basic, inexpensive option for occasional use, this could work. Overall, the Smart Essentials 14 Day Pill Organizer is a compact and affordable choice, but the flimsy construction and awkward packaging makes it a 3-star product in my opinion. It will do the job, but not very easily.

I first purchased this product in 2021. It proved helpful when taking medication during am and pm hours daily. It performed very well for about 2 1/2 years and then the Letters on the individual pill compartments began to fade. I checked other similar products, but decided to purchase a second one in 2025. Also, after my second purchase, I had an issue with the product and i contacted the seller directly. They could not have been more accommodating. I would purchase this item again, if necessary.

This 14 day pill pack is perfect for me. Going on a 13 day cruise!

Item not as appeared on website. Each day of the week is in an individual pill container. They aren't attached to a base. So, you would have to take out each day of the week container to fill it. This is very inconvenient!! I am returning my 2 b week pill organizer for a refund. Don't buy it!
