Firstly I really enjoy the flavour though it took me a little while to get used to.As a preworkout I think it's a fantastic product. I experimented with the dose and found that one scoop was enough for a regular workout just to give that little extra focus and push. 2 scoops on the other hand was mind blowing and had the adrenaline really rushing through my body giving me a massive extra push and an almost new found strength.I found 2 scoops to be a little to strong so I found a happy medium which is 1 and a half scoops which give me that huge boost im looking for without over doing it. I think this is alot better than my previous pre workout because is offers better effects at lower doses and the added creatine really helps with strength work. It also quite easily lasts for a solid 2 hour session with some to spare.Overally, really happy with the product. I will definately be buying again and will recommend this to friends.Thanks!

I received this Saturday and tried it for the 1st time SundayI'm 52 years of age and have just got back into the gym 6 weeks ago after a lengthy lay off due to surgery on both shoulders but am making really good progress.I searched for a "pre workout" and scoured the reviews as some I have tried in the past have been crap! At my age I have found that a little assistance goes a long way as I like to train hard but over a short period of time.I took one and a half scoops in about 200ml of water and it mixed very well without it being grainy in any way and tasted good, not overly sweet so didn't taste sickly in anyway, i drank it probably about 30 mins before lifting the first weights and felt it go to work fairly rapidly, definitely had a good workout and pump and didnt tire or feel fatigued. All in all does what it says on the tub and will definitely be reordering.Many thanksTony

I got this to try before I attend the gym. I had one similar to this in strawberry flavour by a different brand, but i was intrigued to try the berry flavour which the other brand didn't do. So I therefore tried this one.The product was the size I expected it when it arrived, and it came well sealed and well designed and easy to read.I was impressed it as a "regular" and a "high strength" dose and measurements. This is useful for beginners or those who want weaker doses compared to other brands. Other brands you have to use half dosage and guess how much water to use as they don;t tell you, resulting in mixed strength of flavour/powder taste. This one however has very clear measurements and relate to the included scoop.Once opened it was disappointing to see how less then half the tub was filled (it was 55-60% air! The seal was difficult to get off as when i peeled it off, some underlay layers stayed, and i had to poke a hole with a knife, so some powder went airborne but it did have a nice faint berry smell.I do like how the seal was well made, despite hard to get off, it could do with a flap like you have on milk cartons, so you can pull it off, rather then try and get your nail in the edge.The smell was pleasant faint berry smell, it didn't smell as strong as other brands, but it did smell a little more natural compared to others.I did not however like the taste after I tried it. its not "bad" per se, but its rather weak and bland compared to how I expected it to be. It didn't dissolve easy, which I did actually expect, like many other powders.But because it didn't have much flavour, you could taste all the "powder bits" that were floating in the "pink water". it didn't taste bad while drinking but would been nice with a more stronger flavour, and less "powder tasting" which you can even see floating about then sinking to the bottom. The "powdery bits" taste, were a lot more prominent in this brand compare to other brands, due to the weaker flavour. its not the worst, so its good to use.It looses 1 star off a full 5 star rating though due to the seal was so well sealed but didn't have a flap or anything to grip it to take it off, and the tub was only half filled.But its worth it for the price.

Okay for the price, have used this a few times but to be honest there are better products on the market. Had to tripple the amount recommend to get any boost to my performances in gym, out on bike etc. Tastes pretty good but not the reason I bought it. Would recommend to someone who hasn't used pre workout products before as they would more then likely feel the effects.

Having tried LOADS of pre-workouts before, I was looking at something that didn't have too many added ingredients, kept it simple and didn't really put me at a disadvantage in terms of calories as I'm fasting. This technically does break a fast however if you do work out in the morning, I'm a believe it's better to have a stronger session than sacrificing strength and potential injury if you work out early in the morning.Gives great energy, slight tingling but definitely gets you to focus on getting the job done!Taste ***** - I have to give it 5 stars honestly. In my mind a "berry" flavour should be a tad bit sweet but was looking for a little bit of a sour-aftertaste, as a berry should give when consuming it. NONE of the preworkouts on the market actually have this taste which is quite a unique selling point. I think this should be labeled for sure as I know a lot of people that hate the sickly-sweet aftertaste of many supplementsMixing ***** - Mixes very easily, the jar has a few clumps as I've opened but it breaks up literally as you're scooping it out.Smell ***** - Ok this is a weird one but kind of a deal-breaker for me. I've had quite a few pre-workouts that when putting in a shaker, they leave this plastic-sweet smell that ruins the water you put into it after. You have to wash it a couple times. This, I've found doesn't have that at all, if anything has a nice citrus-y smell.For sure my next go-to Pre Workout.

This is a follow up from my previous review. The first time I used the product I followed the instructions on the box, the drink did not have much taste and did not notice much of an effect. Second time round I doubled the dosage. Much better taste (I quite liked it, nice colour also!) and could feel the results, especially a good boost of energy. I will definitely order the Beast again.--Update in August 2026: yesterday, Saturday August 8, I went to the gym but forgot the drink I always prepare with the Pre Worout Demon. And so it happened that I had to stay very late at the office the previous night and went to bed quite late. Well, I did feel the difference. I did go through my planned workout, but I did not have enough energy and did feel the difference compared to my gym sessions when the Demon is with me.I've been using this product for several years now, and no doubt I will continue using it for the years to come.

It's the first time im writing a review of a product i bought, no matter how disappointed i got. But this time i feel the need to, because i am almost angry with all the marketing and claims they support it does.As soon as i open the container, the famous "chemical" cocktail smell of pre-workouts hits me up, and i say to myself, this must be good. I mix one serving (one scoop) with water and some extra creatine half an hour before i start my workout and wait for it to kick in patiently. Long story short, it never kicked in. I though maybe i should up the dose even though i havent used any pre workouts for over a year. Next day i double up the dose and again, patiently wait for it to kick in. Once again, NOTHING. I decided to even triple the dose, and still, not a single rush or energy burst at any point of my workout.I honestly don't recommend this product to anyone, as for me it didnt work at all. I mean, if you are looking for a berry smoothie then go on, buy it, but dont expect any energy bursts or enhanced focus like other pre workouts may provide.

The flavouring (Berry) is probably the best I’ve tasted out of a good few pre workouts I’ve tried, it’s not too strong a flavour which means I can dilute it with not a lot of water, this is a bonus for me as I don’t like to drink too much right before a workout as I’ll feel really bloated and heavy.I found it to be quite an intense period once it started, I could only think about 1 thing at a time which has its pros & cons, I found myself lifting more weight for more sets, I also found that I was unintentionally decreasing Rest time between sets as the product just made me want todo more, I didn’t feel fatigued at the end of the workout as I normally would but found myself hitting failure so I knew it was time to stop which in my personal preference I really like.Considering the product compared to pricing I think it’s an outstanding product, I don’t think there is another pre workout that is coming close to the quality:price ratio of this so I would certainly recommend to a friend as pre workouts like these normally cost alot more money.

I can’t and don’t feel it even though I use 2 scoops. Disappointed
