## Questions & Answers

**Q: How many scoops does 2 ounces yield?**
A: It’s not math…1 scoop = tons of explosive strength. Unless you are 400 Lbs. 1 is enough. 2 scoops makes you mean:

**Q: What does this stuff taste like?**
A: This is a great product, and I feel that it has improved my health...but I'm not going to sugarcoat it: it tastes like ants. I bought some empty gelatin capsules at Whole Foods, and I fill them with the ant extract, and have no problems at all taking it..highly recommended...

**Q: which is a stronger extract 20:1 or 10:1?**
A: 20:1 extract ratios are stronger than 10:1 ratios. Theoretically, they are twice as strong since it takes twice the raw substance to make the same final extract weight in powder.

**Q: Can you mix this in with food?**
A: Yes. I’ve mixed in with stir fry. But mostly I just pop the scoop in my mouth and drink a glass of water. Within 30 mins I lift double my bodyweight no problem. Without the ant I can still lift heavy but sometimes fail the last reps. With the black ant I don’t tire as soon and have more explosive power with deep squats.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good stuff
*by on Reviewed in the United States May 8, 2019*

I can feel a positive difference in my mood and energy levels within an hour or so of taking this. Everyone's physiology is different, but it is an effective product for me. I even enjoy the earthy, slightly cinnamon-y taste of the ants. The Ziploc closure separated from the bag, so just be aware you may need to transfer to another container.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of my favorite tonics for muscle building and recovery
*by on Reviewed in the United States November 22, 2022*

This is one of my favorite tonics for muscle building and recovery. Tastes rich and earthy. Blends well with cacao or coffee or rooibos tea. I find it gives me a bit of a boost so I wouldn't recommend taking it in the evening if you have any trouble sleeping.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works really good! Beware of getting stale bag!
*by on Reviewed in the United States February 6, 2019*

Works really good for the price! I loved it before a workout and for sexual health. I would give it 5 stars but I ordered it again and received a stale, old bag.
