Nice but I jumped the gun
I really like the feel to this one but saw one with a brass plate instead of silver afterwards and wish I got that one instead :(

It is a ZIPPO! Always quality, not always cheap.
Using for many months daily. Changed for butane for cleaner setup and stopped buying Bics. I finally am rid of the dreaded thumb calluses. Hinges always bother me, but it is a ZIPPO! Ps for any who want to service these…the extra thick case traps the hinge pin, so it cannot be-driven out. How do I know? I took it to a jeweler to try to tighten the hinges and he became concerned he would damage finish, so we aborted mission and called it good.

True ZIPPO
Running through a ton of fake zippos here on Amazon. This one is very solid muchlike $250 zippos.

Great lighter, poor packaging.
The lighter itself was just fine. The zippo one box for the lighter was a bit damaged and torn up, which as a collector, I'm not too happy about. It should have been shipped in more robust packaging. Didn't even have bubble padding, just a plastic sleeve so there was nothing to keep it safe in transit. Shipping protection was poor, but the actual lighter itself is good.

Expensive…
At least to me. This was a gift for someone who collects them. He was happy with it. There are many I would like to buy for him if more affordable.

Classic Zippo Quality!
I've never received a bad Zippo, and this one is no different! This baby comes in a High Polish Chrome finish with the "A Weeks Trial Then-All The While" vintage logo engraved right into the metal, so it will never come off. The best part? This lighter (along with ALL Zippo lighters) is backed by a lifetime guarantee. So, in the unlikely event that your Zippo needs repairing, you can send it to Zippo and they will fix it then send it right back to you for FREE!I'm telling you, it doesn't get much better than that!
