It works wonders on my piercings!! A couple of my piercings were irritated, used this 2-3 times a day and they were back to normal. It's so easy to use and just pat dry, and the stream isn't as hard so it doesn't irritate my piercings or skin at all, it'll last me about 3 weeks and it doesn't really smell at all!

Best Saline Piercing cleaning aftercare. I've tried a bunch, but keep coming back to MediCleanse Sterile Saline Piercing Aftercare. Stream is strong enough to make my piercing feel clean, but gentle enough to not irritate fresh piercings.

So I returned this. The top came broken and it’s incredibly hard to dispense. I also read more reviews and saw that it’s a relabeled product which is weird. And I saw it being compared to the Neilmed brand and only then did I realize I’d purchased the wrong thing. I’d originally looked up the NeilMed one and must have not been paying attention and purchased this. All that aside, it’s been 24 hours and my piercing is already healing lol. I’ve had my nose pieced for months but I just switched to a hoop and and then got makeup for a wedding I was in and when I came home it was puss filled and irritated. The hoop can spin so I knew I’d have irritation but the Makeup a few days later didn’t help. But I did keep using this even though I asked for a refund and am waiting for the NeilMed. Prior to using it I was just blowing water bubbles to keep my piercing clean, but this has been a nice addition! Needs better packaging though but I’m so impressed I’m still giving it 5 stars.

Wow I am blown away. This mist is incredible! I was really struggling with my third lobe piercings. I tried warm compresses like black tea bags, and that helped a smidge but it wasn't working. I've tried a different sterile saline mist but I ran out and didn't feel like it was working so I did not get another.. QUE finding this gem. I LOVE IT. I will be using this for any new piercing I get. It has a soft fine mist that you can alter with your pressure on the nozzle, it has worked in a week to help clear the irritation I had. I use it about two or three times a day as needed. It feels nice and soothing going on, it keeps it feeling clean and most importantly, it helps heal. I cannot recommend this saline spray enough.

I got my septum pierced about 2 months ago now, and have been using exclusively water, and this spray to help maintain it. I have heard that septum healing processes are often milder than most other piercings, so keep that in mind. All that to say, this spray works great! It's a powerful enough mist that I feel like the saline is really getting up in there in the nooks and crannies, but it isn't violent enough to the point of pain (I literally used this like one day after getting it pierced, and it didn't hurt at all, even then). It is comparable in price to the Neilmed rinse that is often sold at the piercing shops and works just as well as someone who has used both. Would recommend to a friend!
