I would give this 5 stars but the remote and app are not good at all. The remote only works if you are literally within 4 feet of the unit. My plan was to mount the remote near the office entry but it won’t work even at 15 feet away from the unit. The app is very basic and no fine tuning at all. The app should teach energy usage among other things at this price point. Overall a good unit at less the cost of the Amana PTAC units.
