Sturdy but heavy

The bottle is all stainless steel with the exception of the silicon seal which fits on the lid and the collar which houses the strap. The mouth is large enough to take regular icecube and easy to clean out. I especially like the fact that my water does not touch any plastic and that the steel does not imbibe any smells from any drink.

I had a real version of this water bottle that I lost, so decided to save a bit of money and buy from this seller rather than the official website. You get what you pay for. Everything is a lot lesser quality. The bottle scratches and miscolors, the top piece of metal on the cap has broken off, and the leather and band are super cheap quality. Definitely should have formed up the extra cash for the real version!

The carry strap is not fit for purpose. For such a large heavy metal bottle, when it is filled with water, the flimsy design of the carry strap will inevitably break over time. It either keeps slipping off or as happened to me today the metal pin at the top came completely off with no way to screw it back on. Very disappointing

We bought 1 bottle 2 years ago from the corner that the brand has within Harrods and we really like it: practicality, quality... So we decided to buy a second one via you and a week of daily use and the elastic colorful band that holds the lid on the bottle broke. What I felt when this happened was that the elastic wasn’t stretchy at all to help to take the lid out for cleaning, it was very dry.

Broke after one drop

Just received a different product than the one in the picture and trying to find out how to return it. The product is okay, but lying isn't.

Beautifully designed and also nice and big ... holds heat pretty well when I take it out on a winter walk.Very happy with this, delivered on all expectations
