I’ve seen numerous reviews that express disappointment in this product because they say it remains in “breathing mode” (repeatedly going from bright to dim). What a pity they didn’t get to enjoy this neat little lamp. First of all, this has to remain connected to a usb c cord to run; it is not wireless or rechargeable. Second, with simple (extended) finger taps on top, you can change it from the breathing mode (which, for me, is distracting) to a STEADY light intensity of your choosing. Adjusting the light does take a little learning curve but, once you learn it, it’s a BREEZE. I found it wouldn’t respond easily to simple taps with the tip of my finger, I had to touch it with at least an inch of my finger. Simple adjustment to get used to. If you hold your finger on the top for an extended time, it will either brighten or get dimmer. If the last time you brightened it, it will begin to dim, and vice versa. If feels a little cheap (very lightweight), one could say, but it works beautifully once you’ve got the hang of it. I *love* these little lamps, truly! I have been working on my sleep routine for a long time as I have difficulties in this area. Turning on these little things in different places of your choosing can totally change your ambience and prepare you for bedtime. But - this light is not intended to *put you to sleep.* The absence of blue light, however, *will* help you unwind and get sleepy sooner. I’m planning on buying more of these lamps. They are inexpensive and effective. Try them!!

This light has been helping keep my bedroom full of red light for half a year now. I keep my phone down, this light on, and take magnesium glycinate an hour before bed. Sleeping like a champ now.

Do not waste your money. Ordered two. Neither worked.

This light is a must buy for people who have anxiety issues. I finally was able to sleep and my anxiety level went way down. If you have dogs it also works amazing. Within 2 minutes they both laid down one watched TV calmly then went into a peaceful sleep,the other went to his couch and immediately went to sleep. I so highly recommend this light! Light weight easy to move room to room,3 Light settings. Just amazing!

It’s annoying that in this day, it HAS to be “Charging” in order to work. That makes zero sense. Maybe mine is faulty. I just find it strange that the charging cord isnt a charging cord but a power outlet.

I wish it had a dimmer option. They are quite bright. I had the old style that was very obvious a night light. These look modern and will illuminate proportionally to the room losing light. From a dull blue to a brilliant blue when the room is in full darkness.

My sleep nights improved since I got this light. It has 3 different shades, I do wish it had a darker one tho. Red light therapy helps you relax, helps the body produce real melatonin. I used to take melatonin vitamin and I don’t anymore. Very easy to just plug the USB in your light, so you don’t need to charge it. Also the light is touch. Great value for money as well. It is small so does not look ugly in your nightstand.

We returned the Hatch sound machine because the red light on it wasn't a true red light and wanted to avoid unnecessary emf exposure. This is the perfect little red light for mid night feeds and diaper changes, it’s smaller than I expected, but super bright and also perfect for travel. Ours stays on 24/7

Power button broke after the first use. Refund process is too tedious so I've just accepted the loss

Mal producto. Nunca funcionó, lo conectaba y encendía dos segundos y se apagaba. El supuesto botón estaba de adorno. Pésimo producto!!!
