Perfect! Ordered 3 of these with customization. The one size with the adjustable velcro strap (hook and loop) is what I prefer over the plastic type adjustable strap (snapback). This makes for custom adjustability and a snug fit. The font and lettering is aligned well, and clear to read. The cap colors are vibrant. The cap is made well, without any stitching flaws or unraveling. The crown seams are solid--no gaps. The visor, unlike other caps I have tried on in retail stores, provides adequate shade as it measures 7 inches across (horizontal) and projects 2-7/8 inches from the front brim of the cap. I chose a dark color cap with lighter colored embroidery font, and vice-versa--a light colored cap with darker colored embroidery font. (The lettering will not show otherwise as noted in some reviews where the buyer chose a dark color cap with a dark color embroidery font). Timely arrival. Overall pleased with the quality and the price. This will be my 'go to' store for customization gifts.

The quality of the hat itself was very good. The embroidery was very good. The cap I was sent had the desired high crown, not a low-profile cap. The shipping time was reasonable. The problem with this seller is trying to get any communication with them to ask a question. I was trying to inquire about using certain characters from the ASCII character set that don't show in the preview, so I have no idea whether those characters can be embroidered or not. I took my next order to another seller for this reason. Overall, I rated this as five star. I would order from this seller again for certain orders.
