I just got my pillow. Used it for the first time last night. I slept right through the night , very comfortable. I would buy another one if I could afford it. Would recommend it to anyone with back and hip pain.

I have sciatic nerve trouble and this pillow is the right size, firmness & thickness. Good pillow quality, support & value for the money. It's helped me more than I thought it would. Along with the pricey lipoderm #5 patches prescribed.

Too bulky. Wouldn’t stay between my knees. I’d rather use a regular pillow. Very firm and nice quality tho

It is very big, not foamy and a bit hard. Instead of making me feel better, I got back pain after 5min of use.

Eu já usei vários tipos de almofada de joelho, até almofada comum de sofá, mas dessa vez acertei na minha escolha. O tamanho é maior e o desenho é perfeito para acomodar o joelho e parte da perna numa posição bem confortável. Não sai do lugar durante a noite graças à alça ajustável, e não pressiona o joelho de forma incômoda. Enfim, uma escolha perfeita.

This knee pillow is a nice size and shape for me. I'm 5'5" with a medium build if that helps. It keeps my hips separated at a comfortable distance and decreases my overall hip pain. I do find the foam to be a touch more firm than what I'd ideally prefer but it's not overly hard. The cover is good quality, washes up well, and is soft against my skin. The buttons pop out of the strap holes occasionally while I'm sleeping. I think a velcro strap would be an improvement. Overall does what it's intended to do and I'm happy with my purchase.
