This was the 3rd type of pillow I tried in my car since having cervical surgery. This one did the trick. It hits just the right spot with the right amount of give while still giving the support I needed.

I bought it for my car, but the strap isn’t big enough to go around the top of the seat as it’s too high if it goes around the headrest on the seat. I’m 5’4” and I have to put it lower. I just used it in my car from Florida to Massachusetts and it was perfect. It sits nicely on The top of your shoulders so that your neck actually has a lot of support. Now I’m using it from my recliner and it’s comfortable.The one other thing is the material that it’s made of, it could be made of something a little bit fluffy or a softer. It wasn’t bad, but it could have some improvement with that part.I would highly recommend this.I gave it only four stars because of the Strap.

I have a Cadillac XT5, and it fits and looks great. Providing excellent neck support. A lil pricey. But much better than those cheap ones.

I want everyone to know I bought this pillow and I have a Ford focus car and I Love this pillow it fits perfect around my seat . I'm about 5"3 and it offers the support I was looking for !!!

Used on the front seats the headrest straps move and rest itself pushes my head too far forward.

I must have a head rest in my car and I even take one with me when in someone else’s car. I have tried tons of head rests, this is by far the most comfortable, easy to install, attractive and fits the contours of my head, neck and the car’s headrest perfectly.

This is the perfect shape for a car headrest I have found. The quality is nice, shape is perfect and the memory gel/foam feels great. Highly recommend.
