Oh my gosh! I love this heating pad. I use it everyday. It is the perfect size and the temp/time controls make it easy to use. This product provides so much pain relief for my lower back and neck. It is very comfortable and light weight. The fabric is soft and plush. You cannot even feel the heating elements only the heat. The auto shut off is very helpful. I use it at my office desk, bed, and couch. I highly recommend this heating pad.

Best heating pad I've ever purchased in 20 years. I have a degenerating spine so I've gone through many heating pads over the years. Very flexible, large, heats up fast, soft, with a nice long cord. I've accidently scrunched this up when I fell asleep laying on it but no wires broke and it is still working after 18 months of almost daily use. Be careful using the highest setting. It gets too hot if you are laying on it (which of course you are not supposed to do.) ; )
