Crystal Clear
This is an improved version of the previous Zero Water filter. You don't get air bubbles and the filters lasts longer. We are really happy with this filter and prefer to buy this to and endless amount of water bottles. The water tastes great and you are truly drinking the cleanest water.I'm reading other reviews and I have used the previous Zero Water filter for years. This IS an improvement. Sure it's not faster but the water is being filtered with gravity. Relax. Also, this filter DOES last longer. I am actually noticing the difference now. I went from replacing the older filter every 5 days or so with a family of 4 to this one in about 10+ days. There's nothing wrong with the top and you can put water easily. The filter click into place and there's nothing wrong with that. It's secure and no water leaks.I haven't gotten any air bubbles in this one which was a huge problem with the previous one. It's a legit product. you get your money'm worth.

The best in filtered water!!
I used to have a Brita pitcher and I would take the filtered water from my refrigerator and then run it through the Brita pitcher and could still taste chlorine! When I received the Culligan pitcher, I filled it with water from the tap and immediately got the freshest, cleanest water I have tasted in a long time! No more bottled water…I’m a huge fan for life!Buy this, you won’t regret it!

Great Pitcher - Removes Basically Everything, but Fiddly and Expensive Filters
This is a pretty incredible filter. I've used all sorts of pitchers, sink attachments, and filtering bottles, and all of them were basically the same. They would remove chlorine, but not much else. This thing, though, sheesh. It feels like it's making distilled water. My tap water reads at 280ish ppm of total dissolved solids (TDS), and water filtered through the leading brand reads at about 215 ppm. The water this pitcher produces reads at a rock solid 0. Impressive. The meter can even be safely removed (without worrying about leaking), so you can test any water source you're interested in. It's fun. It's worth mentioning that not everything in water is bad. Minerals are very important, and I know people seem to have turned on it lately, but flouride is very useful in preventing tooth decay. This unit will remove all of those things (at least to undetectably-low levels), but it does allow you to then add only your desired minerals back in. Also, if you have anything that needs distilled water (humidifier, steamer, etc.), then this should work quite well. It's not exactly the same, but it seems really close. I would highly recommend against using this in a neti pot, though. Take no chances there. The water that comes out does have that distilled taste, but it really is just a matter of getting used to it before you stop noticing it entirely. The version I got is big enough that it's quite easy to clean as well, and it doesn't leak at all, even around where the TDS meter slots into the spout. I've had no issues whatsoever with that. What I have had issues with though is the filtering and filling. 32 cups is 2 gallons of water, but the reservoir at the top which the water filters through can't hold even half of that, and it filters pretty slow. So, a full 2 gallons will require you to fill the reservoir completely, wait several minutes, fill the reservoir completely again, wait several more minutes, then about half-fill the reservoir. Also, given that the fill spout is on top of the unit in the back, you will have to pull this entire thing out of your fridge to fill it, and even then, holding it under the spout is all but impossible (I recommend using a large cup to transfer water). It should REALLY have a 2-gallon reservoir on top. It's worth mentioning too that these filters are really expensive and are not the same as the old ZeroWater ones. The cheapest I've seen these new filters for is around $15 each, and they only filter about 15-20 gallons before they say they need to be replaced. $1 per gallon is more expensive than using the reverse-osmosis fill station at the grocery store, and while it's good to use this instead of a bunch of those individual water bottles, the filters are heavy and solid enough that I'm honestly curious if it's even creating less waste at all. You can use it longer than that 20-gallon mark, but the total dissolved solids will slowly rise over time and the filter will work slower and slower.Overall, it's a really good filter. This big dispenser is a bit clunky to use and the filters are quite pricey, but having 2 gallons of cold, basically-distilled water in the fridge at all times is handy, and it really does work at filtering just about everything out.

Very high quality filter
Amazing product fast shipping. I love it! My brita with new filter gave a 353 score!! And this one gave me zero. And the water taste different. Good different.. I highly recommend. The little water tester comes with 2 AAA batteries. Bought it with extra 3 filters so I'm good for a year maybe 2

Nice improvements
Nice improvements vs the older Zerowater product...I bought this as my old one finally broke and I'm very happy with it so far. seems more solidly constructed and looks fantastic! I like the way the meter is "on" all the time so you can confirm that the filter is doing it's thing
