Why is it more expensive to buy multipack 24 than 1 box of 6

I think the reason for the extra expense is that there are more of the product per unit. I hope this helps, if not, perhaps you should contact Amazon directly.

can you tell me, does this actually contain vegetables as the picture suggests. It is a known fact that all cats are obligate carnivores .

Yes, cats are obligate carnivores, however small bits of soluble fiber (vegetables) are not only good for them, but part of their natural diet. In the wild cats would catch and eat field mice, etc., including the stomach contents, which contained vegetable matter. Obligate carnivore doesn't mean they cannot or should not have a small amount of vegetable matter

£12.33/Kg when you buy 6. £14/Kg when you buy 24??

That's up to the supplier, sorry.

Is this any good for weight management in cats?

Dear customer, as it is sugar free with a high protein content and low fat content Wellness CORE is the right choice to keep a healthy weight. In case of any further questions, feel free to contact us under info@wellpet.com Your Wellpet team
